Originally from the UK, Freddie first made his mark as a sommelier, but his passion for the craft quickly propelled him into the role of Assistant Winemaker at one of Prince Edward County’s premier estates. Over five consecutive vintages, Freddie honed his expertise, producing premium wines that have earned a coveted place on the wine lists of over 40 Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.

With his WSET Level 4 Diploma, Freddie has achieved mastery in both the theory and practice of wine. His deep understanding of wine, from vineyard to glass, allows him to offer a unique perspective—one that combines technical knowledge with a true love for the craft.
